about Jack Off Jill

Jack Off Jill, a band from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, formed in the early 1990s by Jessicka Fodera, Robin Moulder, Tenni Ah-Cha-Cha, and Michelle Inhell. Close time friends with Marilyn Manson, JOJ took the concept of shock to a unique level. Their shows included male nudity, blood, self-harm, spit, and crowd taunting.

JOJ had the music to back up the presence. They released only two official studio albums: Clear Hearts Grey Flowers and Sexless Demons and Scars; however, they have released a few independent albums: Children 5 and Up, The Boygrinder Sessions, Cannibal Song Book, as well as a demo called Cockroach Waltz.

The lyrics of JOJ songs are powerful and painful. They are full of anger and angst, of self hurt, shame, loathing, but also pride.
